Judge Glen Harrison heard two guilty pleas, in the 32nd Judicial District Court of Nolan County last week.
John Corry Hafner entered a plea of guilty to the charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger. The offense, which occurred on March 31, 2009, carries the classification of a state jail felony. Punishment can range from imprisonment in a state jail division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for any term of not more than two years or less than 180 days and/or an optional fine not to exceed $10,000.
