An arrest has been made in the male-on-male sexual assault case that took place on Aug. 15, 2010 around the southwest part of Sweetwater. Aubrey Phillip Childers, 23, of Sweetwater, was arrested on Monday, Dec. 27, as he was being processed out of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
The Nolan County District Board of Directors met for its final regular session meeting in 2010 on Monday evening, Dec. 27, at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital (RPMH).
