Victory Flag unveiled at SHS

November 8, 2013

The flag shown flying in the photo above is the new Victory Flag, designed and created by the Mighty Mustang Band to fly at Sweetwater High School after every victory by any group at SHS. It was unveiled this week after the big win Friday night in Monahans.
Pictured are the two Drum Majors of the Mighty Mustang Band, Crysten Ivy and Andria Golden. During the halftime show tonight, the band will perform a "Black-Out" performance by turning off the lights in the Mustang Bowl.
The Mustangs will take on the Wylie Bulldogs beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Sweetwater, which is 2-2 in District 4-3A and 4-5 overall, will host Wylie (3-1, 6-3) at Mustang Bowl in what is likely a must-win situation for Coach Shane Mobley’s Mustangs.
