The flag shown flying in the photo above is the new Victory Flag, designed and created by the Mighty Mustang Band to fly at Sweetwater High School after every victory by any group at SHS. It was unveiled this week after the big win Friday night in Monahans.
Pictured are the two Drum Majors of the Mighty Mustang Band, Crysten Ivy and Andria Golden. During the halftime show tonight, the band will perform a "Black-Out" performance by turning off the lights in the Mustang Bowl.
The Mustangs will take on the Wylie Bulldogs beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Memorial services for Susie C. Rios, 57, of Sweetwater, will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013 at McCoy Chapel of Memories with Deacon Bill Butler officiating.
A Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, 2013, at McCoy Chapel of Memories.
Rios died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene.
She was born Dec. 28, 1955, in Snyder.
Survivors include her husband, Angel Rios of Sweetwater; and daughters, Daniela Rios of Denton and Gabriela Rios of Denton.

One Nolan County team â€” Blackwell â€” has already qualified for the state football playoffs that get started next week. But that number could triple when the dust has finally settled tonight in both Sweetwater and Roby.
Sweetwater, which is 2-2 in District 4-3A and 4-5 overall, will host Wylie (3-1, 6-3) at Mustang Bowl in what is likely a must-win situation for Coach Shane Mobleyâ€™s Mustangs.
HIGHLAND â€” Thursday nightâ€™s final regular-season football game between Highland and Hermleigh was about what youâ€™d expect for two teams with identical season and district records fighting for the No. 2 playoff spot in District 7 Six-Man.
There were four lead changes, two in each half, before Hermleigh finally emerged with a 39-38 win to take the No. 2 berth and end Highlandâ€™s season.
