Sweetwater the setting for Lynn Sheffield Simmons children’s book Bo and the Ghosts of Tumbleweed Ranch

November 29, 2014

Children’s book author Lynn Sheffield Simmons has made Sweetwater the setting for her latest children’s book Bo and the Ghosts of Tumbleweed Ranch. Although the story is fiction Mrs. Simmons includes the names and professions of Sweetwater Veterinarian Dr. Bud Alldredge and former Sweetwater Police Chief Jim Kelley in her new book.
The story begins with the low, rolling hills and wide-open skies of West Texas welcoming Mrs. Barnett and Bo, the loveable but mischievous black Labrador retriever, to their next adventure.
