Dylan Bennett of Sweetwater has received all-district honorable mention in baseball. His honor was inadvertently left out of a story about Sweetwater’s all-district players that ran in Tuesday’s paper. Bennett was Sweetwater’s starting shortstop as a sophomore in his first year on varsity. He was one of five players to earn honorable mention along with Gabe Medellin, Shawn Campbell, Stephen May and Cole Maxwell. Sean Morrow, Greg Aiken, Willie Norman and James Clift were first team all-district picks for Sweetwater.
