SAN ANTONIO â€“ Dec. 30, 2013 â€“ Whataburgerâ€™s Monterey Melt burger, which was introduced earlier this year for a limited time, returns to the menu today at 3 p.m. as an All-Time Favorite, joining a select group of the companyâ€™s most famous menu items.
Several pleaded guilty during recent 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings.
Enrique Lombrana Gamez pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender, a third degree felony. For his plea, Gamez was sentenced to two years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine, $782 in court costs and $819 in attorney's fees. He will receive two days credit towards his sentence for time already served in jail.
The BNSF Railway, as part of their $28 million expansion in Sweetwater, is adding a road that will create access to the transload facility off of FM 419 just north of the Cape and Son entrance.
The project is expected to be completed by early to mid-summer.
The Cline Shale Alliance will host its quarterly luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 10, 2014 at the Nolan County Coliseum Annex (west hall) in Sweetwater.

The Pioneer Museum was the host for the monthly Sweetwater Chamber of Commerce coffee event on Wednesday.
