William "Bill" W. Adkins, age 80, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011 at Hendrick Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, at Broadway Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Stephens officiating. Burial will follow at Sweetwater Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Bill was born Feb. 21, 1931, in Loco, Texas. He was a truck driver for many years before retiring. He also was a member of Broadway Baptist Church.
