Cecil S. Slater, 85, passed away Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, at Mercy Health & Rehabilitation Center in Auburn, NY. Born Jan. 9, 1926 in Roscoe, TX, he was the son of the late William Vining Boone and Hattie Lewis Slater. He was a W.W. II Navy Veteran and retired as a self employed business owner of Cecil S. Slater, Inc., in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Cecil was made a Master Mason at Lodge #559 in Abilene, Texas on Jan.14, 1953.
Cleburne, TX — Services for Dollie Mae Hagins Blair, 84, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Spur Cemetery in Spur, Texas at 3 p.m. Chaplain Chuck Barnard will officiate.
The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2011 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Davenport, Greg Blair, Fred Schreier, Jacob Blair, Joe Yeakley and Wayne Parker.
Dollie passed away Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011 in Cleburne, Texas.
