SAN ANGELO — Jesse Ernest Roye, 85, died Monday, April 30, 2012. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 4, 2012 in Blackwell Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home/Sherwood Way.
