Holy Mass of Christian burial for Rosa Q. Alvarado, 79, of Sweetwater, will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with father Michael Rodriguez officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home.
A visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, with a Rosary at 7 p.m. at McCoy Chapel of Memories.
Alvarado died Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011, in Abilene.
Alton Dale (AD) Copeland, 94 passed away Wednesday, Dec. 29, at Hendrick Hospice inpatient unit. Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, at Lawn Baptist Church with the Reverend Price Mathieson and Lynn Turnbow officiating. Burial will be in Dewey Cemetery, directed by Fry-Bartlett Funeral Home in Tuscola. Visitation was held from 4-6 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Funeral services for James Hugh Ince, 84, of Roscoe, will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, at Roscoe Church of Christ with Larry Fluitt and Royce Clay officiating. Interment will follow at Roscoe Cemetery under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 3 2011, at McCoy Funeral Home in Roscoe.
Ince died Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011, at Sweetwater Healthcare Center.

Funeral services for Sherron Kay Bush, 64, of Sweetwater, will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011, at McCoy Chapel of Memories with Rev. Mike Sells officiating. Interment will follow at Sweetwater Cemetery under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home.
Bush died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010, at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital.
She was born Nov. 20, 1946, in Roscoe. She was a Baptist and had worked as a primary care giver. She was a life long resident of Roscoe, Sweetwater and Nolan County.
December 30th
Travis Edward “Cody†Wright, 40, of Sweetwater, left this world to be with our Father in Heaven Dec. 28, 2010.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, at the Word of God Church with Pastor Dale Stowe officiating. A graveside service will be held at 5 p.m. later that day at Sweetwater Cemetery. Interment will follow under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home.
December 24th
Audrey L. McMillan will be buried next to her husband, Vernon McMillan, on Monday, Dec. 27, 2010, at 2 p.m. in the Sweetwater Cemetery with a graveside service. She died at the age of 93 on Aug. 13, 2010, in the Valley View Nursing Home in Junction City, Kansas, after having been in the care of her daughter Charm Norris and husband Gary.
December 23rd
Linda Martin Fry, 66, of Dallas and formerly of Sweetwater, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010, at a Dallas hospital.
She will be cremated. There will be a private family graveside service at a later date.
Fry was born Oct. 17, 1944, in Brady, Tx. She was a member of Broadway Baptist Church. Fry was a 1963 graduate of Sweetwater High School and attended Western Texas College in Snyder. She was a lifelong resident of Sweetwater and had lived in Abilene and Amarillo at different times and worked as a bookkeeper for A.I.G.

Vance Robert Inman passed away Dec. Friday, 17, 2010, in Lubbock, Texas.
Services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010, at First Baptist Church in Amarillo, Texas.
He was survived by his father, Timothy Inman; his mother, Rachel Inman; his sister, Katherine Inman; his brother, Thomas Inman of Amarillo, Texas; grandparents, Paul Chambers and Lynn Chambers of Atlanta, Ga., Charles Inman of Amarillo and Louise Inman of Abilene.

Mildred Nadean Lackey Knight, 92, was born Dec. 20, 1918 in Sapulpa, Okla. She graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1936 and married Gilbert B. (Gib) Knight on Aug. 24, 1936. During Gib's career with Halliburton, they lived in Oklahoma, Kansas, Louisiana, Texas, Illinois and Indiana. Mildred was a homemaker and loved caring for her family and serving her church and community.
Funeral services for Amy Dianne Teague Rainey, 37, of Trent, will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010, at McCoy Chapel of Memories with Rev. Ronnie Freeman and Rev. Ward Hayes officiating. A private graveside service will be held at Sweetwater Cemetery. Interment will follow under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home.
A visitation will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010, until service time at McCoy Funeral Home.
Rainey died Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, in Sweetwater.
