Both Sweetwater Middle School eighth grade foot-ball teams won at Pecos this past week while the seventh grade squads lost. All four teams will host Lamesa on Thursday to end the 2014 season.

Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital will receive more major upgrades as it heads into its fourth and final phase of construction, which has been ongoing for about 4 1/2 years. Included in the next expansion will be a labor and delivery unit, a dialysis center and in-house magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
