We'll see partly sunny skies with a high near 46 with south-southwest winds at 5 to 10 mph. Later in the morning, winds will become northwest at 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of rain is 40%.
Tonight will be partly cloudy with a low around 32. Winds will be from the north-northwest at 15 to 20 mph, becoming west-northwest at 10 to 15 mph after midnight. Gusts could top out at 25 mph.

The Sweetwater High School girls basketball team was all smiles after Fridayâ€™s 44-43 win over Big Spring that advanced the Lady Mustangs to the playoffs. Nolan County is being represented by three girls basketball teams this year, and Roscoe will get things started today.
The Plowgirls (18-11) face Sterling City (16-11) in a Class 1A, Division II bi-district playoff at 6:30 p.m. at Winters.
Roscoe is one of two Nolan County teams â€” Highland being the other â€” to advance from District 13-A, Division II.
The Roscoe Collegiate girls basketball team will face Sterling City in a Class 1A, Division II bi-district playoff matchup at 6:30 p.m. Monday in Winters.

Kelly Jo Sexton serves as Roscoeâ€™s head coach with Jonathan McClure and Shella Arnwine the assistant coaches.
Roscoe qualified for the playoffs as the District 13-A, Division II runnerup with a 7-3 record and has an overall season record of 18-11.
For the second year in a row, Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital (RPMH) will be hosting a 24-hour Treadmill Walkathon. The hospital announced that the event is scheduled to kickoff at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 22 and run through 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 23, at the hospitalâ€™s Cardiac Rehab Center.
As cardiovascular disease continues to be the leading cause of death in the United States, RPMH continues to raise awareness of cardiovascular diseases through community events such as the walkathon.
The Sweetwater Chamber of Commerce and Crane Service Inc. have installed Sweetwater's new welcome signs on Interstate 20 at the east and west main exits. Installation began on Thursday, as Crane Services put the blades into place. Creative Graphic Solutions will be creating the blade wrap that will say, "Welcome to Sweetwater â€” Wind energy capital of North America."
On Saturday, members of the Sweetwater Jaycees helped to clean up the home of Sweetwater Police Officer Armando Renteria, his wife, Andrea, a local teacher, and their family. Their house burned in a fire on Tuesday evening. Jaycees loaded items to be taken to the landfill.
A benefit account has been set up at Sweetwater Regional Federal Credit Union, located at 1900 Preston Road in Sweetwater, for the family. The Renterias lost all of their belongings and their home to the fire on the 100 block of Ash Street in Roscoe.
Marian (Weddle) Tiehen, 92, passed peacefully from this world with a joyful heart and spirit on Feb. 8, 2013.
Marian blessed her family with love, encouragement, excellence and her rugged spirit. Marian was born in Falls City, Nebraska on Aug. 23, 1920 to Calvin â€śCalâ€ť and Anna (Armbruster) Weddle. Marian and her brothers and sister grew up in Falls City and graduated from Sacred Heart Catholic Academy. In 1939, she graduated from Nebraska State Teachers College in Peru, Nebraska.
There will be a Honk Rally for the Sweetwater Lady Mustangs basketball team on Tuesday at 3 p.m. The team will travel from the Sweetwater High School gym to 12th Street, then to Elm Street, on to Broadway to Lamar Street and then to Highway 70.
