Roscoe falls to J’rabbits to stay winless

October 29, 2011

ROSCOE — The struggles continue for Roscoe’s Plowboys, who saw their record fall to 0-9 after losing to Rawls, 28-7, on Friday.
Roscoe avoided a shutout on a 2-yard run by Eric Padilla with 1:36 left in the game, but by then the Jackrabbits (4-5, 3-1 district) had things well in hand as they clinched a playoff berth in Dist-rict 7-1A, Division II.
But offense has been a problem all year for the Plowboys, who have scored just 55 points and reached double figures in a game just once.
