A list of business sponsorships is being gathered for the “Breast Cancer Friday Night Fight for the Cure” to be held during the Sweetwater vs. Snyder volleyball and football games Oct. 11. Those who would like to have their business name displayed on the back of the shirts should contact Jill Locklar at (325) 320-4800 or Carla Lambert at (325) 338-1840 by Sept. 23. Also, persons may sponsor a loved one who has battled cancer by placing their name on the shirt. It can be either in honor of or in memory of the person. Last year, over 1,300 shirts were sold and the event was a great success, so persons are asked to join in and help fight this disease. For sponsorships or more information, call either Locklar or Lambert.
