Highland gives Gordon a scare while Blackwell loses to Gorillas

The two six-man football teams from Nolan County both faced unbeaten teams Friday in non-district play.
Highland hosted Gordon and the Hornets (2-4) fell by a score of 62-56, while Blackwell lost to Trent 65-16 to stay winless (0-6). Trent and Gordon are both 6-0.
Unfortunately, the Sweet-water Reporter was unable to get additional information by Sunday’s deadline on both six-man games.
The Reporter apologizes for the inconvenience to our readers in Blackwell and Highland. We will attempt to have complete game stories as soon as possible.
