The West Texas Art Guild is sponsoring its Third Annual Regional Art Show at the Civic Center in Colorado City on Saturday, Nov. 19. The show is unique in that it lasts only one day so that artists can enter their artwork that morning, have it judged and pick it up that afternoon. Prizes will be offered and there will be five categories: Watercolor, oils/acrylics, dry media, photography and 3-D.
Carolyn Walker will be giving a painting demonstration in acrylics and this is for any interested persons. The demonstration will take place in the Civic Center and will be starting at 10 a.m.
In the afternoon, the show will be open for public viewing and anyone may come and see the artwork. There is no charge for this.
