Basketball camps here on June 6-9

Two basketball camps, one each for local boys and girls, will be held in Sweetwater on June 6-9.
A Mustang Basket-ball Camp will be held at the high school gym and has two sessions. The registration deadline is Tuesday, May 31. Students completing grades 3-5 will attend from 9-11 a.m. each day, while grades 6-8 will attend from 1-3 p.m. The fee is $30. Each camper must sign a release form and show proof of insurance. Participants will re-ceive a camp T-shirt and basketball. Water will be provided, but campers may bring a sports drink.
A Lady Mustang Bas-ketball Camp will be held at the middle school gym on 305 Lamar Street and is for students completing grades 1-7. Camp sessions will be held each day from 9-11:30 a.m. The cost is $35 and pre-registration is appreciated. A concession stand will be available. The camp’s goal is to improve players’ skills through instruction in individual skills and fun team competitions.
