Betty Jean Cantrell

Betty Jean Cantrell, 70, of Wichita Falls, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Western Heritage Christian Church in Dean with Bro. Nicky Johnson and Bro. Dave Strunk officiating. Interment will follow at Charlie Cemetery in Charlie under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
Betty was born Nov. 7, 1942 in Big Springs to the late Joe Aubrey and Dura Maurice (Ainsworth) Green. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Snyder. Betty worked as a homebuilder, and was a teacher at the prison. She was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed being with her family. 
She is survived by her husband, Dale Cantrell of Wichita Falls; four children, Vickie Young and husband Joe of Charlie, Gary Jones and wife Regina of Daisy, Ark., Shaun Cantrell and wife Crystal of Brazos and Shantel Cantrell of Weatherford; a sister, Jane Cooper of Colorado City; her brother, Joe Weldon Green of Lake Tawakani; 11 grandchildren, Kevin, Bryson and Madison Oliver, Kayla Ray, Joshua Jones, Brennon, Landon and Austin Cantrell, McKinley and Creasey Neatherlin, and Dillon Williams; three great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews whom she loved dearly.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2013 at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
