The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 161 calls for service, issued 13 citations and made 10 arrests from April 8-10, 2011.

The SPD received 66, 911 calls.

Arrested by SPD:
• Paul Cuevas, 37 — Public intoxication.
• Nicholas Gonzales, 31 — Driving while intoxicated.
• Isreal Mendina, 32 — Driving while intoxicated.
• Shawn Gotcher, 17 — Possession of a prohibited weapon.
• Bentley Guthrie, 18 — Public intoxication.
• Richard Lomas, 54 — Driving while intoxicated.
• Kimberly Hutson, 31 — Warrants.
• Roberto Salsedo Hernandez, 55 — Driving while intoxicated.
• Gregory Fields, 52 — Disorderly conduct.
• Malakie Bender, 40 — Family violence assault causes bodily injury.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 24 calls for service, served no civil papers and made two arrests from April 8-10, 2011.
