The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 67 calls for service, issued 26 citations and made five arrests on April 18, 2012.
The SPD received eight, 911 calls.

• Assault — 100 block of S. Hopkins.
• Deadly conduct — 1600 block of Grand.
Arrested by SPD:
• Male juvenile, 14 — Criminal trespass.
• Dylan Kirkpatrick, 17 — Disorderly conduct/possession of marijuana.
• Chase Ramsey, 17 — Disorderly conduct.
• Frank Diaz, 30 — Family violence assault.
• Brittany Kincaid, 18 — Public intoxication.
The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had seven calls for service, served one civil paper and made two arrests on April 18, 2012.
Arrested by NCSO:
• Danny Ray Fuston, 44, of Kingston, Okla. — Warrant/driving while intoxicated.
• Sherrick Carl Haynie, 23, of Ft. Worth — Warrant/bond forfeiture.
