• Sexual assault — Sweetwater.
Arrested by SPD:
• Carla Councilman, 58 — Driving while intoxicated, 2nd.
• Kelly Hanks, 34 — Public intoxication.
• Machele Light Flores, 31 — Possession of dangerous drug.
• Jackie Wayne Brasuell, 48 — Possession of controlled substance.
The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 11 calls for service, served no civil papers and made three arrests on April 26, 2012.

• Jacqueline Marie Sapp, 36, of Hamby — Warrant/motion to revoke probation.
• Marco Antonio Rico, 22, of Sweetwater — Warrant/theft by check and Shackleford County warrant/theft by check.
