The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 48 calls for service, issued no citations and made three arrests on April 30, 2013.

The SPD received 37, 911 calls.

Accidents:
• 9000 block of N. I-20.

Calls for service:
• Criminal mischief — 1000 block of View.

Arrested by SPD:
• Richard Lopez, 55 — Warrants.
• Justin Tollison, 21 — Warrants.
• Kenedra Hill, 30 — Warrants.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had nine calls for service, no civil papers served and made three arrests on April 30, 2013.

Arrested by NCSO:
• Daniel Ray Jones, 22, of Sweetwater — Warrant/bond forfeiture.
• Candace Dawn Roberts, 33, of Sweetwater — Warrant/contempt of court disobedience of court order.
• Rachel Lynn McSwain, 27, of Big Spring — Warrant/driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

Calls for service:
• Assist SPD/alarm — E. Third Street.
• Court Bailiff — County Court at Law.
• Assist SPD/suspicious vehicle — Lemon Street.
• Reckless driver — I-20 to Roscoe.
• Reckless driver — I-20 east bound.
• Stranded motorist — I-20 MM 258 west bound.
• Stray livestock — Highway 84.
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 245 west bound.
• Vehicle accident — I-20 west of truck stop.

Total in Custody: 59 (Taylor County 6, Runnels County 2)

The Sweetwater Fire Department responded to six ambulance calls and four fire calls over the past 24 hours.
• Three ambulance calls in the city of Sweetwater.
• Four fire calls in the city of Sweetwater.
• Three out of town transfers.
