The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 40 calls for service, issued two citations and made no arrests on Dec. 6, 2012.

The SPD received 14, 911 calls.

Calls for service:
• Fraud — Sweetwater area.
• Information only — 1400 block of Lubbock.
The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had four calls for service, served no civil papers and made two arrests on Dec. 6, 2012.

Arrested by NCSO:
• Matthew Lee McQueen II, 21, of Sweetwater — Warrant/bond forfeiture.
• Juan Christian Gomez, 30, of El Paso — Warrant/surety withdrawal.

Calls for service:
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 237 west bound.
• Theft — North I-20.
• Assist DPS/welfare check — I-20 MM 248.
• Suspicious person — South Highway 70.

Total in Custody: 41 (Runnels County 3)
