Arrested by DPS:
• Charles Andrew Lofton, 34, of Midland — Possession of marijuana.
Calls for service:
• Welfare concern — I-20 MM 255 west bound.
• Gas theft — Main Street, Roscoe.
• Animal control — FM 1170.
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 258 west bound.
• Stranded motorist — I-20 MM 235 east bound.
• Vehicle accident — I-20 MM 235 east bound.
