The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 37 calls for service, issued no citations and made two arrests on Feb. 27, 2013.

The SPD received 20, 911 calls.

Calls for service:
• Theft — 100 block of E. Louisiana.
• Information report — 200 block of E. Fourth.
• Theft — 1100 block of E. Broadway.

Arrested by SPD:
• Kim Parcher, 48 — Driving while license invalid.
• Gene Emerson, 31 — Possession of marijuana and public intoxication.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 10 calls for service, served four civil papers and made four arrests on Feb. 27, 2013.

• Tiemika Shuntayl Simmons, 30, of Sweetwater — Warrant/bond forfeiture.
• Jonathan Scott Granado, 22, of Sweetwater — Warrant/bond forfeiture.
• Joe Michael Noriega, 46, of Sweetwater — Warrant/motion to revoke probation.
• Jeffrey Scott Guthrie, 25, of Abilene — Warrant/motion to revoke.
