The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 128 calls for service, issued nine citations and made 10 arrests from Jan. 27-29, 2012.

The SPD received 55, 911 calls.

• Theft — 1300 block of James.
• Criminal mischief — 800 block of W. Third.
• Information — 500 block of Robert Lee.

Arrested by SPD:
• Stacy Franklin, 27 — Warrant.
• Steven Medina, 39 — Theft.
• Holly Bennett, 24 — Driving while intoxicated.
• Zamardrick Walker, 18 — Criminal trespass.
• Steven Allen, 62 — Public intoxication/warrants.
• Waylon Pope, 20 — Evading/resisting arrest.
• John Damien Castillo, 19 — Burglary of habitation/public intoxication.
• Zamardrick Walker, 18 — Burglary of habitation/public intoxication.
• Meleah Townsend, 34 — Warrants.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 15 calls for service, served nine civil papers and made eight arrests from Jan. 27-29, 2012.

• Jane Elizabeth Howe, 46, of Sweetwater — Taylor County warrant/theft by check.

• Kenneth Wayne Speed, 29, of Sweetwater — Taylor County warrant/bond forfeiture.

• Zachary Rodriguez Soto, 19, of Sweetwater — Municipal court warrant/minor in consumption.
• George Edward Barboza, 44, of Athena — Potter County warrant/violation of clean air act.
• Robert Michael Henson, 20, of McKinney — Driving while license invalid with previous conviction, possession of marijuana and display of fictitious motor vehicle registration.
• Rudy Garcia, 21, of Irving — Possession of controlled substance (heroin).
