The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 28 calls for service, issued one citation and made no arrests on Jan. 30, 2012.

The SPD received 55, 911 calls.

Calls for service:
• Family violence assault — 700 block of Silas.
The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had four calls for service, served one civil paper and made two arrests on Jan. 30, 2012.

Arrested by NCSO:
• Jonathan Ray Vasquez, 22, of Sweetwater — Judgment.
• Stetson Scott Shirley, 21, of Sweetwater — Warrants/motion to revoke probation and duty on striking unattended vehicle.

Calls for service:
• Stray livestock — Arizona/Alabama.
• Criminal trespass — Lake Trammell.
• Traffic control — I-20 MM 242 west bound.
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 242 east bound.
