The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 143 calls for service, issued four citations and made 13 arrests from Jan. 6-8, 2012.

The SPD received 68, 911 calls.

• Criminal mischief — 1100 block of James.
• Burglary of a habitation — 700 block of W. Arizona.
• Criminal mischief — 600 block of Throckmorton.
• Robbery — 1900 block of Chester.
• Burglary of a vehicle — 1700 block of Hailey x2.
• Burglary of a vehicle — 900 block of E. 16th.
• Burglary of a vehicle — 400 block of E. Texas.
• Criminal mischief — 900 block of E. 16th.
• Family violence assault — 1600 block of Grand.
• Disorderly conduct — 900 block of Locust.
• Family violence assault impeding breath — 200 block of Bell.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 22 calls for service, served no civil papers and made seven arrests from Jan. 6-8, 2012.

• David Wayne Terrell, 36, of Sweetwater — Warrant/bond forfeiture.
• Eric Tyler Hernandez, 18, of Arlington — Warrant/credit card or debit card abuse.

Arrested by DPS:
• Mandy Lynn Brock, 27, of Sweetwater — Possession of dangerous drug and warrant/capias pro fine x6 and traffic offenses x3.
• George Louis Parra, 41, of El Paso — Driving while license invalid with previous conviction of suspension.
• Simone Michelle DeAngelis, 20, of Boulder, Colo. — Possession of marijuana.
• Donald Paul Jeane, 46, of Leesville, LA — Driving while intoxicated.

The Sweetwater Fire Department responded to nine ambulance calls and four fire calls on Jan. 8.
• Seven ambulance calls in the city of Sweetwater.
• Two fire calls in the city of Sweetwater.
• One fire call in the city of Roscoe.
• One ambulance call in the County.
• One fire call in the County.
• One ambulance transfer to Abilene.
