Calls for service:
• Criminal mischief — 1300 block of Lemon.
• Information— Sweetwater area.

Arrested by SPD:
• Justin Nash, 23 — Aggravated assault with deadly weapon.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had seven calls for service, served no civil papers and made three arrests on July 10, 2012.
Arrested by NCSO:
• Gabriel Dominic Villa, 38, of Sweetwater — Theft.
• Todd Melvin Barnes, 39, of Sweetwater — Theft.

Arrested by DPS:
• William Shayne Howard, 40, of Sweetwater — Possession of controlled substance (Celexa).

Calls for service:
• Burglary of a building — FM 1856.
• Residential fire — FM 2035.
• Theft — North I-20.
• Fire — CR 271.
• Welfare concern — E. Main, Blackwell.
• Stray livestock — CR 147.
• Alarm — CR 246.
