The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 178 calls for service, issued nine citations and made 12 arrests from July 8-10, 2011.

The SPD received 80, 911 calls.

• Criminal mischief — 1300 block of E. 12th.
• Burglary of a habitation — 400 block of Bowie.
• Terrorist threats — 600 block of W. Broadway.
• Assault — 700 block of E. Oklahoma.
• Criminal mischief — 800 block of E. 14th.

Arrested by SPD:
• Sharelle Smith, 24 — Theft.
• Female Juvenile, 15 — Theft.
• Kelly Hanks, 34, Public intoxication and abandoning/endangering a child.
• Haskell Haston, 49 — Driving while intoxicated.
• Juvenile, 15 — Family violence assault.
• Stephen McComb, 37 — Driving while intoxicated.
• Veronica Torres, 26 — Public intoxication.
• Robert Velasquez, 29 — Warrant.
• Terry Bradley, 26 — Public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
• Andrew Martinez, 25 — Public intoxication.
• Rodney Nuñez, 29 — Possession of marijuana.
• Lizette Acosta, 26 — Warrant.
• Lizette Acosta, 26 — Family violence assault.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 19 calls for service, served seven civil papers and made five arrests from July 8-10, 2011.

• Reckless driver — I-20 west bound.

• Traffic hazard — I-20 MM 249 east bound.

• Alarm — 300 block of Poplar, Street.
• Reckless driver — I-20 west bound.
