The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 57 calls for service, issued 10 citations and made three arrests on June 2, 2011.

The SPD received 32, 911 calls.

Calls for service:
• Harassment — 700 block of W. Sixth.
• Theft — 1600 block of Elm.
• Assault with injury — 1300 block of Josephine.
• Criminal mischief — 700 block of Robert Lee.
Arrested by SPD:
• Jonathan Granado, 21 — Warrants.
• Delores Williams, 20 — Disorderly conduct.
• Delores Williams, 20‚ Minor in consumption (separate from first arrest).
The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had eight calls for service, served three civil papers and made no arrests on June 2, 2011.

Calls for service:
• Stranded motorist — I-20 West of Roscoe.
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 263.
•Vehicle accident — I-20 MM 247 east bound.
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 255 east bound.
• MHMR transport — Big Spring.
• Fraud/forgery — CR 130.
• Information only — E. Bradford Lane.
• Grass fire — FM 608.
