The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 60 calls for service, issued seven citations and made three arrests on March 7, 2012.
The SPD received 31, 911 calls.

Arrested by SPD:
• Shawn Garza, 20 — Purchase/furnish alcohol.
• Elio Garza, 24 — Purchase/furnish alcohol.
• Christina Delacruz, 31 — Public intoxication.
The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had nine calls for service, served six civil papers and made one arrest on March 7, 2012.
Arrested by NCSO:
• Israel Loza Salazar, 21, of Abilene — Warrant/assault causes bodily injury family violence.
Calls for service:
• Inmate transport/medical — E. Arizona.
• 911 hang up — Country Club Drive.
• Found property — I-20 MM 245 west bound.
• Inmate transport/medical — E. Arizona.
• Pursuit — Alredge Road, Coke County.
• Animal bite — CR 370.

• Traffic hazard — I-20 MM 234 east bound.
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 261 west bound.
