• Burglary of a vehicle — 1700 block of Hailey.
• Duty upon striking fixture/highway/landscape — 400 block of Crane.
• Disorderly conduct/fighting — 300 block of Lamar.
• CPS referral information only — Sweetwater.
• Indecency with a child by contact — Sweetwater.

• Victor Lee Smith, 20 — Failure to identify and multiple warrants.
• Richard Wayne Nicholas, 44 — Sexual assault.
• Leonard Hartgrove, 58 —Public intoxication.
• Hailey Dickerson, 18 — Minor in consumption.
• Rodney Nuñez, 28 — City warrants.
• David Gonzalez, 21 — Warrant.
• Victor Lee Fields, 28 — Criminal trespass and city warrant.
• Juanita Garcia, 25 — City warrants.
• Christie Martinez, 26 — Criminal mischief.
The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 36 calls for service, served six civil papers and made 11 arrests from May 5-8, 2011.

• Charlotte Ann McKinney, 39, of Midland — Failure to identify fugitive/intent to give false information and Midland County warrant/accident involving damage to a vehicle.
• Ricardo Gallegos Chavez, Jr., 33, homeless — Warrant/parole violation.
• Marvin Jackson, 55, of Sweetwater — Driving while intoxicated, third or more offense and possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine).
