The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 37 calls for service, issued three citations and made three arrests on Nov. 16, 2011.

The SPD received 19, 911 calls.

Arrested by SPD:
• Danny Johnson, 58 — Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
• Shinice Black, 23 — Warrant.
• Dalton Dunnagan, 24 — Warrant.

The Nolan County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO) had 10 calls for service, served three civil papers and made two arrests from Nov. 15-16, 2011.

Arrested by NCSO:
• Brenda Sue New, 47, of Fort Worth — Warrant/evading arrest detention.
• Joe Santiago Quintana, 69, of Sweetwater — Warrant/aggravated sexual assault of a child/sexual performance by a child/indecency with child by sexual contact.

Calls for service:
• Reckless driver — I-20 west bound.
• Reckless driver — Highway 84 south.
• Bailiff — District Court.
• Stray livestock — Highway 70 south.
• Traffic hazard — I-20 east bound.
• Reckless driver — I-20 east bound.
• Prisoner transport x3.
• Prisoner transport medical — E. 12th Street.
• Assist other agency — Fisher Street.
