• Fail to ID fugitive — 400 block of E. Third.
• Criminal trespass — Coral Cove.
Arrested by SPD:
• Filmon Belay, 21 — Possession of marijuana.
• Kenneth Speed, 30 — Warrant.
• Cody Farley, 20 — Theft.
• Lashondrick Richardson, 22 — Warrant.
The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had seven calls for service, served no civil papers and made no arrests on Oct. 2, 2012.

• Grass fire — I-20 MM 231.
• Stand by — CR 222.
• Inmate transport/MHMR — W. New Mexico Ave.
