• Raymond Balderas, 60 — Criminal trespassing warning/possession of a controlled substance.
• Kenneth Acorn, 22 — possession of a controlled substance.
• Courtney Frausto, 22 — Warrant.
• Anthony Brown, 25 — Warrant.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 10 calls for service, served no civil papers and made two arrests on Sept. 21, 2011.

Arrested by NCSO:
• Ronald Eugene Finnell, 46, of Midland — Warrant/motion to revoke probation.

Arrested by DPS:
• Jeffrey Ryan Chandler, 33, of Paradise — Possession of controlled substance (Methamphetamine).
