The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 60 calls for service, issued three citations and made one arrest on Sept. 4, 2012.
The SPD received 27, 911 calls.
Calls for service:
• Theft — 400 block of NE Georgia.
• Criminal mischief — 1300 block of James.
• Information only — 100 block of S. Hopkins.
• Assault — 600 block of E. Oklahoma.
• Criminal mischief — 1000 block of Lamar.
• Sexual assault — Sweetwater area.
Arrested by SPD:
• Trevor Jones, 22 — Driving while intoxicated.
The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 11 calls for service, served five civil papers and made two arrests on Sept. 4, 2012.
Arrested by NCSO:
• Joseph Will Burnett, 34, of Sweetwater — Warrant/theft of service.
• Chrystal Ann King, 27, of Sweetwater — Warrant/theft of property.
Calls for service:
• Stray livestock — W. Broadway.
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 248 east bound.
• Suspicious incident — Avenger Field Road.
• Burglary — CR 208.
• Alarm — South Highway 70.
• Traffic hazard — I-20 MM 237 east bound.
• Inmate transport/dental — E. 15th.
• Inmate transport/medical — E. Arizona.
• Assist SPD/criminal trespass warning — Bois D'Arc.
• Suicide threat — Railroad Avenue.
• Domestic disturbance — Ash, Roscoe.
