The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 150 calls for service, issued 23 citations and made nine arrests from Sept. 9-11, 2011.

The SPD received 26, 911 calls.

• Richard W. Hopkins, 43 — Public intoxication.
• Phillip Molina, 30 — Warrant/public intoxication.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 23 calls for service, served no civil papers and made seven arrests from Sept. 9-11, 2011.

• Robert Allen Sharp, 40, of Abilene — Warrant/bond forfeiture.

The Sweetwater Fire Department responded to 14 ambulance calls and nine fire calls from Sept. 10-11, 2011.
