Brody Hayes Bailey, age 13, of McKinney, Texas passed away on Friday, Feb. 14, 2014.
He was born on Feb. 23, 2000 in Sweetwater, Texas to Alicia (Middleton) and James David Bailey. Brody was a student at Scoggins Middle School.
Brody is survived by his mother, Alicia Bailey of McKinney, Texas; friend, Brian Redford of Irving, Texas; father, David Bailey of Sweetwater, Texas; brother, Jacob Bailey of McKinney, Texas; aunt, Ashley Middleton of Jackson, Mississippi; grandparents, Nancy Gibbs of Plano, Texas, Richard Middleton and Henrietta Cooper of Florence, Mississippi, Jimmy and Delane Bailey of Sweetwater, Texas and Belinda McCartney of Sweetwater, Texas; family friends, Pedro and Frieda Marroquin, Erin Spence, Mike and Amy Doty, Chris and Consondra McCoy; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
A funeral service was held at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen on Monday, Feb. 17, 2014 at 10 a.m. Family and friends were invited to a visitation on Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen. The pallbearers for Brody’s service were Danny Marroquin, Ryan McCoy, Ryan Doty, Sid Iyer, Tony Mitchell and Blake Battle.
