Chief Frieda to speak at RWWT meeting

The Republican Women of West Texas will meet Tuesday, March 5, 2013. The meeting will be held at the Pioneer City-County Museum at 601 E. Third Street in Sweetwater.
Refreshments will be served at 6 p.m. and the meeting will start at 6:30 p.m.
Sweetwater Chief of Police, Brian Frieda will be the speaker. The public is invited to attend.
Chief Frieda was appointed as Sweetwater Police Chief on April 17, 2012. He most recently served as the Muleshoe Police Chief and has over 20 years of law enforcement experience. He is a graduate of the Alamo Area Council of Government Regional Law Enforcement Academy and is a 2002 Graduate of the Bill Blackwood Leadership Command College. Frieda holds a Masters Peace Officer License and is certified as a Crime Prevention Inspector, a basic DEA Narcotics Investigator, Fire Investigator and Emergency Management Coordinator.
