Cinderella Terry, 51, of Colorado City, passed away June 27, 2011 at Covenant Medical Center, in Lubbock, TX. SCinderella Terry, 51, of Colorado City, passed away June 27, 2011 at Covenant Medical Center, in Lubbock, TX.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on July 2, 2011 at Kiker-Seale Chapel, with Rev. Greg Crawford officiating.
Cindy was born Aug. 7, 1959, in Madison, Wisconsin. She married love of her life Ronald Terry on Aug. 19, 1978, in Longmont, Colorado. Cindy as a youth was in 4H club, where she showed horses and was on judging teams. Cindy loved rodeo, where she barrel and pole raced. Cindy most of all loved taking care of her family, as wife and mother. She worked in Hermleigh and Dunn at cotton gins, Cindy delivered newspapers and worked in press room for Snyder Daily News. Cindy loved her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Terry of Colorado City; daughters, Miranda Hancock and husband Kenny of Hermleigh and Sabrina Terry and boyfriend David Cruz of Hermleigh; grandchildren, Blake and Sydney Hancock; mother, Kay Halverson of Wisconsin; brother, Jim Halverson of Colorado City; sister, Kim Truman and husband Doug of Longmont, Colorado; and former sister-in law, Glenda Halverson of Big Spring.
All services are under the care and direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home in Colorado City.
