Cody Clark, of Sweetwater and Abilene, left this world for a heavenly one, Monday, June 23, 2014, in Sweetwater, Texas. He was born December 31, 1980, in Sweetwater and was born again and baptized into God’s family in his twenties.
He graduated from Sweetwater High School and was self-employed. He was known for his sense of humor and concern for the underdog.
He was predeceased by Charles and Ann Clark. He is survived by his son, Austin Clark of Quitman, TX; Teresa, Jack, and Brandon Malaspina of Quitman, TX, Larry Humphries of Zephyr TX; Leonard Blalock and Dale Blalock both of Louisiana; Charles Blalock of Abilene, TX, Nan Powell of Sweetwater and Robert Brothers of Sweetwater. He left a number of friends for whom he cared deeply.
Visitation will be Friday, June 27, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at McCoy Funeral Home, 401 E. 3rd Street, Sweetwater, Texas 79556.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 28, 2014, at McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services following at Sweetwater Cemetery, 2000 W. Alabama directed by McCoy Funeral Home of Sweetwater.
