Coin collectors host local event

Currently on a global tour, the International Coin Collectors Association (ICCA) made a stop in Sweetwater at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, located at 300 SE Georgia Ave. Buyers will be in town until Saturday, July 30. The show hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. The ICCA has been purchasing coins, paper currency, gold and silver on behalf of their global network of collectors, dealers and refineries. This special event is free and open to the public.
