Dan McCoy receives Founders Award

Funeral Directors Life Insurance Company (FDLIC) selected Dan McCoy as the recipient of the 2013 Founders Award during an awards ceremony last month.Dan McCoy is the co-owner of McCoy Funeral Home in Sweetwater, Texas.“Dan has been a licensed funeral director for over 40 years. He has given his heart to the families in his community and he has made it his passion to serve others first,” said Mark Owen, FDLIC Regional Sales Vice President, who presented the award. “He is very active in his community, and he was honored as the Funeral Director of the Year by the West Texas Funeral Directors Association in 2010.
