Driver airlifted from I-20 wreck

Driver from Thursday accident east of Roscoe airlifted, listed in stable condition

The driver of a Honda Odyssey was airlifted via Native Air to Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene on Thursday afternoon around 5 p.m. The driver was said to have lost control of his vehicle, driving between the guardrails and off of an Interstate 20 bridge near Cemetery Road, just east of Roscoe. The vehicle impacted the concrete below the bridge and climbed up to the median before stopping. The driver was listed in stable condition.
