Eighth Annual Fashions for the Cure to benefit Cancer Services Network

ABILENE, Texas – Planning is underway for Village Boutique’s Eighth Annual “Fashions for the Cure” style show benefiting Cancer Services Network, a Nolan County United Way agency.
Festivities are scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011, at the Abilene Civic Center. Enjoy fall's latest looks and an outstanding runway fashion show. Tickets are $30 per person. There will be a silent auction, entertainment, hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.
“Our goal is to raise awareness of breast cancer and generate community support for Cancer Services Network that helps and gives hope to so many people fighting cancer,” said Yanell Rieder, owner of Village Boutique. A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit breast cancer patients served by Cancer Services Network.
