Fannie L. Weston

Fannie Louise Weston was born on August 10, 1926 in Pearsol, Texas, to Robert and Clara Forester. In 1938, she moved to Alpine, Texas, where she eventually met and married Billie Weston, on August 29, 1943. Fannie and Billie lived in the Fort Davis/Alpine area where they ranched and owned and operated Camp Musquiz, a summer camp for boys and girls. As well as being involved in the day to day operations of the camp, Fannie worked at the FNB in Alpine for 37 years. In 2000, they moved to San Angelo, Texas and then on to Sweetwater, in 2008. Fannie went home to be with the Lord on the morning of November 17.
She is survived by her husband, Billie Weston, two children and their spouses, Candy and Charlie Nunn of Sweetwater and Tommy and Cindy Weston of Burnet, Texas, along with five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to any local Alzheimers Association.
Service will be graveside in Alpine, Texas, on Saturday, November 20 at 2 p.m., at Elm Grove Cemetery.
