First Financial Bank, N.A., Sweetwater, has announced that it will break ground this week on the construction of a new motor bank and remodeling of the interior of the bank at the main office at 201 Elm Street to provide a more appealing environment for customers and to improve customer service.
âThis remodeling project reinforces our strong commitment to our customers in Sweetwater to ensure they have the very best in customer service,â said Kirby Andrews, President and CEO. âWhile we want to provide the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing experience possible, this upgrade goes beyond merely cosmetics. We are also upgrading to a new state-of-the-art, deposit taking ATM and cash-handling equipment that will improve and simplify transactions for our customers.â
The new motor bank addition will be located on the north side of the existing bank building on the corner of Broadway and Elm Street. There will be six drive up lanes, a commercial lane, a night depository and the new ATM. The interior remodel will be extensive with new carpet, granite floors and teller counters. The remodeling is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2012. The bank and the current drive in facility will remain open for business throughout the construction.
