FFB promotes Renee Garcia to Assistant VP

SWEETWATER, Texas — First Financial Bank, N.A., Sweetwater today announced the promotion of Renee Garcia to Assistant Vice President of retail banking.
“Renee is an experienced staff member who has proven her value to the bank,” said Kirby N. Andrews, President and CEO. “We are pleased to promote Renee to this important position and look forward to the contributions she will make to our customers and the Sweetwater community.”
Garcia is a graduate of Rotan High School and received her associate’s degree from Western Texas College in 2011. She has worked at First Financial for more than 11 years as both a teller and a personal banker, and has received numerous customer service awards including the 2011 Shining Star award given to employees of the bank who go above and beyond in customer service on a daily basis. Garcia is a past member of the Sweetwater Kiwanis and is currently involved in Young Leaders of Sweetwater and participates each year in the Relay for Life bank-sponsored team.
