First United Methodist Church will be presenting “Sounds of the Season” tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the FUMC Sanctuary. The program consists of contemporary Christmas music as well as a live nativity scene with adults and children.
“We’ve been working on the program for about a month,” says Lori Ortega, who is directing the program. Martha Taylor is the accompanist.
“Sounds of the Season” boasts an adult and children’s choir, as well as a bell choir. Soloists for the children’s choir are Devin Gutierrez, Samantha Jones, and Allison Marlett.
The show is open to the public, with free admission.
